About Me
Hello!
I’m Lisa Palmer and I have a lifetime of experience with narcissists in my family of origin. I also have a B.A. in English Literature from UCSB and an M.A. in English Literature from SFSU.
Due to experiencing narcissistic abuse first-hand, I’ve become a passionate advocate for survivors. Supply and Sabotage is the story of 16-year-old Eva Rosen who overcomes relentless bullying from her two older, narcissistic sisters and how one lucky friendship helps her find love, healing and her own voice and power.
I wrote Supply and Sabotage because I wanted to expose narcissistic abuse, bullying and bipolar disorder through fiction to illustrate just what these malignant behaviors look like. Identifying abuse allows people to develop the awareness to protect themselves. I wanted to use my healing to help others.
Supply and Sabotage is my first novel and it’s available on Amazon or you can order it at a bookstore near you (thanks to IngramSpark). If my novel helps you in any way, please leave a review on Amazon to help other readers discover it.
Discovery is recovery.
